Gece konaklamak için kaldım. İki defa bu otelde kaldım. Otelde konser için konakladım. Lokasyonu çok iyiydi. Kale içindeydi. Gideceğim konsere yakındı. Otelin imkanlarından çok fazla faydalanamadım. Çalışanlar naziklerdi.

SUPERIOR ODA - BIR YATAK ODALI, DENIZ VE DAG MANZARALI

Memnundum gayet güzeldi, merkezi konumda olması temizliği ve personelin güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltısı da güzeldi, çeşitliliği ve kalitesi güzeldi. Tekrardan tercih edebileceğim bir oteldi.

Otelin ortamı rahat ve güzel. Odalar biraz küçüktü bu konuda sorun yaşadım. Konumu kale içinde gideceğim yerlere yakındı. Sokaklarda araçlarla giriş yapamıyorsunuz baya zorluk çektik. Bir daha gitmem otele. Fiyat performans daha ucuz olabilirdi.

Oteli çok beğenmedik, tekrar gitmeyi düşünmüyoruz. Kaldığımız otelin metrekaresi çok düşüktü bavulu bile açamadık. Banyoda duşa kabini yoktu. Biz balayı çifti olmamızı söylediğimize rağmen çarşafları gün içerisinde değiştirmediler. Çarşaf ve havluların rengi grimsi eski bir renkti. Çarşaf değişimini 2 gün içerisinde sağlıyoruz dediler. Yiyeceklerde kahvaltısından hiç memnun kalmadık. Bütün yiyecekler soğuktu, lezzeti iyi değildi, yumurtalar bile soğuktu. Havuzun rengi bulanıktı ve kötüydü. Biz hiç kullanmadık havuzu. Otellerde mutlaka günlük bir su bırakılıyordu ama sadece ilk gün su bırakıldı. Biz diğer gün marketten su aldık. Bu oteli tavsiye etmeyiz. Fiyat performans olarak ortalamaydı.

Otel iyi, çalışan çok düzgün ama ufak tefek kusurlar vardı. Mesela su gelmiyordu çok zayıf geliyordu. Mini buzdolabı sonradan getirdi. Klima çalışıyordu ama zayıftı. Onun dışında her şey iyiydi. Çalışanlar gayet iyi ve güler yüzlülerdi. Otel, fiyat olarak iyiydi.

Tesis fiyat performans için uygun. Personel iletişimi kötü değil. Konum olarakta gayet merkezi konumda eğlence mekanlarına antalya merkezde gezilebilecek sayılı yerlerden biri kaleicinde zaten. Standart oda seçmiştik resimlerden çokta farklı olduğunu algılayamadık ama küçük ve dardı, tabi otel odasında zaman geçirmeyip gezme planı olan antalya için ideal sayılabilir. Delux oda seçmek daha mantıklı sayılır.
